(sopranino saxophone, bass clarinet, contrabass clarinet). Libretto, text, cover, and drawings by Sven-Ake Johansson. The double LP comes in a printed cardboard box with DVD, libretto, and 16-page booklet. DVD format is European PAL, region free.
