"Originally released in 2006, this recording of J Mascis' debut solo acoustic performance has since become a cult classic and a fan favorite. Featuring understated presentations of Dinosaur Jr staples such as 'What Else Is New', 'Get Me' and 'Repulsion', and captured in front of an enthusiastic audience, this is a warts 'n all, almost voyeuristic, experience. Long out of print, and now issued on highly collectable red vinyl, this is a chance for the uninitiated and younger fans to discover a classic, and for familiar fans to revisit and own a fantastic presentation of an album which remains an essential part of J's body of work."

"Having established Dinosaur Jr as a mainstay of, and influence over, the alternative scene by the mid-1990s, J Mascis began to venture out alone, performing acoustic sets of his band's material. Martin + Me documents a late 1995 US tour, and includes Dinosaur Jr classics such as 'Repulsion', 'Get Me' and 'Keeblin' alongside of covers of The Smiths' 'The Boy With The Thorn In His Side', Carly Simon's 'Anticipation' and Lynyrd Skynyrds 'Every Mothers Son'. Originally released in 1996 and long out of print, this luxurious yellow vinyl edition is a long overdue opportunity to revisit another side of J Mascis and Dinosaur Jr."

"Having established Dinosaur Jr as a mainstay of, and influence over, the alternative scene by the mid-1990s, J Mascis began to venture out alone, performing acoustic sets of his band's material, alongside occasional cover versions. Fed Up And Feeling Strange captures three shows recorded across the decade, shedding a fascinating, low wattage light on J and his songs. Live At CBGB captures J's first solo show, performed at the legendary New York club in December 1993, whilst Martin + Me, which now includes a previously unreleased bonus track, was recorded during a 1995 tour of the USA. Completing the set, a previously unreleased third show, recorded in Copenhagen in 1998, showcases songs from across Mascis' career, including material from Hand It Over, which would prove Dinosaur Jr's last album for almost twenty years."
