12 years after Samim scored a worldwide underground smash with his massive "Heater" tune, Get Physical Music re-release a fantastic package of remixes with new versions from Tube & Berger, Diplo, and FNX Omar. It was impossible to dance in 2007 without someone dropping "Heater" at some point in the set. It still sounds as quirky, inventive and left of center now as it did then. The fresh 2019 remaster beefs up the drums, crystallizes the Colombian cumbia lead sample and it's not hard to see this being big once again this summer.

This is a tasty new release from Samim, the Swiss-Iranian funkateer. Do You See the Light is a four track EP showcasing Samim's range of different flavors. "Paspd" features Big Bully, and the track's funky, bleepy, hypnotic flow is bound to open up your eyes and get you bouncing. "Masua" is a dry, hard-hitting, percussion-driven track, accented with bleep textures and breakdowns from outer space. "Hardma (Unfinished Sympathy Mix)" is a special live track. Lastly, the title track rounds out the EP -- a special interlude featuring a special performance.
