"The Cologne-France connection is at full speed again. After Delon & Dalcan, Hoel James and Soon Matzak, it is now up to Paul Nazca to follow his Scandium label partner André Dalcan (Delon & Dalcan) to Boxer. And if we have a look at the statistics, it all looks really promising to us.
