This is Mark August's first solo release. His tracks declare his love for Detroit techno and house, with a modern but classic understanding. You should be prepared for something extraordinary; a colorful and dynamic pallet of sound that will rock your mind and body. "Old Joy" sounds like a fine blend of an old Djax-Up record and fresh neo-Detroitish ingredients. "Just Like That" lifts up to the dubby side of life, starting with spooky and weird underwater dub sounds that turn into Carl Craig-ish modwheel hymns in the end.
