The whole record screams of the early days of young, snotty, pissed off punks filled with teen angst. If you're a Discharge completist want to see the very start of this hugely influential band, or if you're really into raw, primal '77 punk sound you should check this out. A cool document from the very beginning of what was to become a legendary influential group. Red vinyl.

Airfish is an experimental, post-industrial, psychedelic ensemble weaving sounds from Palermo, Sicily, since 1992. A real backbone of the Sicilian underground music scene, this is a band of difficult categorization, started with an industrial punk/metal style (inspired by the likes of Godflesh, Swans, Throbbing Gristle) that has rapidly evolved into an experimental eclecticism of a Mediterranean matrix that does not neglect any area of pop, rock, jazz, and electronics. Anarchists and esotericists affiliated with Thelema's church, early disciples of Psychick TV, Airfish career spanned nearly 30 years; recently, they suffered the loss of Pietro Palazzo, principal voice and founding member, who died of cancer at the age of 47 in 2020, after recording various tracks, including those on this album. The Crowleyan Hypothesis, imbued with dark, voodoo-ritual and psychedelic atmospheres, is dedicated to the feminine element and to Aleister Crowley, and represents part of their artistic testament. Musically, the disc's style ranges from psychedelic rock to expressionist electronics, drawing inspiration as much from the likes of Black Angels and 13th Floor Elevators as from Tangerine Dream and Can. Among the guests: Simone Sfameli (JuJu), Dario D'Alessandro (Homunculus Res), Giorgio Trombino (Haemophagus, Sixthcircle). Edition of 300.

Radiation Records present a reissue of English Dogs' Forward Into Battle, originally released in 1985. Formed in the northern market town of Grantham in 1981, hardcore punk band English Dogs swiftly built a reputation via demos, supporting Charged GBH and Discharge on early tours. After debut Invasion Of The Porky Men (1984), original vocalist Wakey was replaced by former Ultraviolent front man, Ade Bailey, the inclusion of Destructors' guitarist Gizz Butt pointing to the new metal direction fully mined on Forward Into Battle, Butt's flighty riffs lifting the thrash bedrock to further heights of melodicism. This key piece of archaeology is a must for all English Dogs fans, showcasing their glorious blend of thrash, hardcore, and metal. Includes 60x40cm folded poster.

Legend has it that The Blood were "discovered" by Cockney Rejects vocalist Jeff "Stinky Turner" Geggus on the top deck of a bus in Charlton. What they were all doing on the South East London bus has never been fully explained! Still, it was Jeff who introduced Coming Blood (as they were then known) to Sounds journalist Garry Bushell and, suitably impressed, he offered them a spot on the fourth volume of the Oi! compilation series, Oi! Oi! That's Yer Lot (1982). It wasn't just the punk scene that took to the band, the more open-minded in the metal fraternity also embraced them, making them one of the first punk-metal crossover bands, equally at home with followers of the Anti Nowhere League or Motorhead. Though the initial career of The Blood may only have been brief, the two singles, 12", and album they released have all stood the test of time, many of the songs later covered by bands not even born when they were first recorded! Includes all their singles and rare early tracks, all remastered and packed with exclusive unseen photos, with liner notes by Business's bass player and Captain OI! mastermind, Mark Brennan.

Radiation Records present a reissue of Ranking Toyan's Ghetto Man Skank, originally released in 1983. By the time Ghetto Man Skank appeared on Jah Thomas's Midnight Rock imprint in 1983, Ranking Toyan was already a seasoned veteran of Kingston's soundclash scene, having apprenticed with a number of smaller outfits before becoming earning a slot with Henry "Junjo" Lawes's Volcano Sound and winning widespread acclaim for his effortless, patois-laden delivery and his gruff putdowns of rival DJs. Though Toyan had already cut a number of outstanding sides for producer Don Mais, his collaborations with Lawes are undoubtedly his definitive recordings. Ghetto Man Skank stands as the very best of these. It boasts a set of simple, punishingly hard rhythms from the ace studio band The Roots Radics, which Toyan dominates with ease. His ability to spill forth unending streams of wordplay, streetcorner boasts, and infectious slogans is truly remarkable, enlivening every song on this set. Though Toyan didn't receive the same acclaim as fellow Volcano Sound DJs like Yellowman and Eek-A-Mouse, his outstanding performances on Ghetto Man Skank prove he was their equal in every respect.

Radiation Records present a reissue of Belfast Rock, a compilation released by Rip Off Records in 1978. Pioneering Belfast-based producer George Doherty formed Rip Off Records in 1978 to showcase the emerging punk scene of this politically-divided city, then riven by the factionalism of "The Troubles". Innovative compilation Belfast Rock was the first to feature Belfast punk bands alongside hard rock outfits, most notably legendary Belfast punk act The Detonators, whose sole appearances on vinyl are included here, as well as Doherty's own band, The Jumpers (culled from Pretty Boy Floyd & The Gems, who also feature). A must for anyone interested in the history of punk, as well as Belfast's rock evolution. Also features Blue Steam, Cobra, and No Sweat.

Heavily influenced by The Ramones and The Damned, Los Yaps had been shredding around Mexico since the early '80s. At that time punk began to penetrate the marginalized areas of Mexico City and the band started to practice even though they did not know how to play an instrument. Over the years Yaps changed several line ups but still they crated this unique sound leading them to tour with Total Chaos and open up for main acts such as Ramones, GBH, Exploited, Eskorbuto, and many more. This LP includes the s/t 7" from 1988 and the Tu Sentencia LP from 1990. Mexican punk at its best. Released in cooperation with the original members and the sole rights' holders (Bam Bam Discos).

Radiation Records present a reissue of The Burial's A Day On The Town, originally released in 1989. Hailing from Britain's formerly industrial heartland of North Yorkshire, The Burial was a forward-facing ska-punk/Oi band with a strong Left orientation, channeling 2Tone, northern soul, punk, and folk influences. Rhythm guitarist Eric "Barney" Barnes made sure the world knew these skinheads were antifascist and the use of a full horn section made their sole LP, A Day On The Town, stand out. Unlike the Redskins, who soon moved to the student circuit, the Burial remained embedded in the working-class communities from whence they came; this fine, often overlooked LP will be devoured by all fans of ska-punk and Oi!

Radiation Records present a reissue of Major Accident's Massacre Melodies, originally released in 1982. Formed in late 1977 in Darlington, UK, legendary punkers Major Accident were initially influenced by the Pistols and the Clash. A very sad fate befell their early studio activities: both their first recording sessions in 1980, which was supposed to be their debut single (Terrorist Gang/War Boots) and the following one, which produced a completely mucked-up, unusable first edition of this LP, remained unreleased for years. It took until late 1982 for their first proper release to see the light of day: produced by Donkeys guitarist Neil Ferguson, their debut album Massacred Melodies finally came out on Step Forward, supported by a full UK tour with label-mates Chelsea. The distinctive Clockwork Orange image (they were the first punk band to adopt the look from Kubrick's famous movie, which was banned in the UK at the time and impossible to see anywhere) and their songwriting, by far more peculiar than the average UK82 punk band, allowed them to grow a sizable following, and their classic sleeve artwork by Paul Dillon started appearing on the back of more than a few black leather jackets. White vinyl.

Pink vinyl. In the history of punk, the Sex Pistols reign supreme; the anarchic quartet changed the history of popular culture forever with their caustic rupture of rock, a mixture of shock and awe that gave two fingers to the establishment, kick-starting a musical revolution. Released a few months before their Never Mind The Bollocks debut, Spunk is a revelation, raw demos cut in late '76 and early '77 by producer Dave Goodman, with Glen Matlock's bass far more melodic than what Sid Vicious cut on Bollocks; this edition has bonus demos of "Anarchy" and "Pretty Vacant" cut at Denmark Street, as well as an unedited "No Fun".

Reissue on vinyl for the third album by the punk band The Exploited, released in 1983 through Pax Records. The title refers to Margaret Thatcher's decision to go to war over the Falkland Islands in 1982, suggesting that she did so almost on a whim. Let's Start A War reached the Indie Chart Top 10 when first issued in 1983, this album also includes the single "Rival Leaders" which hit No. 11 in the Indie Chart. A classic of the "UK82" hardcore punk sound that provides a blueprint for the decade of punk and metal to come, and all in the space of just over half an hour. Exclusive photo by Alison Braun. Yellow vinyl. Radiation Records present a reissue of The Exploited's Punks Not Dead, originally released in 1981. Born of working class roots in Edinburgh, Scotland, The Exploited emerged from the punk underground in 1981 with the release of their debut LP, Punks Not Dead. A direct reaction to Crass' Punk Is Dead, The Exploited brought to the early '80s all the fire, speed, and attitude of 1977's first wave, with a street/Oi! swagger that was fresh. Peaking at #20 on the UK charts, Punks Not Dead was the best-selling independent record of 1981. Another essential piece of the UK Oi! scene of the early 1980s.

Red vinyl. Radiation Records present a reissue of The Exploited's Troops Of Tomorrow, originally released in 1982. In the early '80s, British punk took a turn toward hardcore and the Exploited (along with G.B.H, Disorder, etc.) led the charge. The beat was fast and furious, the politics ferocious, and the magenta mohawk became state of the art. This album is blessed with great production, something many hardcore albums lack, meaning the froth and fury don't come across as a total muddle. Moreover, the machine gun beat comes with hooks that leave you humming along with the tunes. It's raw, loud, and a downright classic. This is a crucial album in the evolution of The Exploited.

Never-before-heard unreleased junkshop glam gold dust from the genre's No.1 band. Portsmouth's Hector are widely regarded as the very best of the junkshop glam rock bands introduced to us in the early 2000s by the RPM's Lipsmackin 70's CD series. Recently discovered archive analog tape recordings found in the attic of front man Phil Brown form this unique LP. The band's original DJM singles together with "Demolition", an unreleased third single, join forces with outtakes, demos, live and rehearsal recordings to make this release an unmissable opportunity for glam rock fans worldwide to hear more from the band whose anthem "Wired Up" has been adopted as a battle cry by a new audience of fans with books, fanzines, radio shows and club nights proudly named after it. Hector's "Wired Up" was released in 1973. It had all the ingredients of a hit single. It should have topped the charts and launched a spectacular career for the band. In a fair world, the name Hector would be mentioned alongside bands like Sweet and Slade. Unfortunately, timing and luck weren't on their side. The product was there, the press coverage was there, the Radio 1 airplay (which was everything back then) wasn't and the kids that did hear it must have been deaf, dumb and blind. The plug was finally pulled in 1975 after their second single "Bye Bye Bad Days", another poky punch of proto punk dressed up in a velvet glove, also failed to become a heavy-hitter. Demolition (The Wired Up World Of Hector) is not a phoenix from the ashes. It is Pompey* from Pompeii. Tunes from the ruins. Glamor in amber; perfectly preserved. A second chance to make a first impression. Assembled by Lorenzo from Giuda in full cooperation with the band. Assembled by Lorenzo from Giuda in full cooperation with the band. Liner notes by Tim Orchard. Remastered by Danilo at UFO-HiFi studios. Gatefold sleeve; includes double-sided poster.

Reissue. Raw, violent and catchy, Blitz's 1982 debut album sounded like a shot of pure rock n' roll through the violence of the English working class. Made up by two punks and two skinheads, with a lot to say about violence and football, Blitz appealed to all kinds of lowlifes who finally had a voice for their generation. This new version of the long out-of-print classic includes three bonus tracks (two from the Carry On Oi! compilation and one from the Total Noise compilation).

Radiation Records present a reissue of Discharge's Hear Nothing See Nothing Say Nothing, originally released in 1982. Often claimed as the most important punk album of all time, this was the first full-length by UK hardcore prime movers Discharge and rightly considered the manifesto for what would be later defined as "d-beat". Originally released on the Clay Records label in 1982, this masterpiece gave inspiration to literally hundreds in the extreme metal and hardcore punk areas for the subsequent four decades and its legacy remains invaluable to this day. Radiation Records present a reissue of Asocial and The Bedrövlers' How Could Hardcore Be Any Worse? Vol. I, originally released in 1984. The Swedish hardcore punk scene of the early 1980s was vibrant and wide, with underground movements yielding surprising extremities. This ultra-scarce cassette-only release, limited to 300 copies in 1984, was the first of the legendary Uproar label. The release pitted the blast-beat proto-grindcore of Asocial, from the small town of Hedemora, against the classical thrash of Bedrövlers, from the equally small town of Fagersta, whose name roughly translates to Miserablerz, a term assigned them by a bus driver that disliked their discordant noise. Subverting Bad Religion's How Could Hell Be Any Worse for their own purposes, Asocial's tracks are blindingly fast and Bedrövlers' down and dirty-rare Swedish hardcore, at its best.

Radiation Records present a reissue of Disorder's Under The Scalpel Blade, originally released in 1984. Bristol punk pioneers Disorder formed around 1980, during the second wave of UK punk rock. Their approach to DIY ethics was so deep that they decided not to sign to Riot City, but to create a label of their own, for a bunch of classic singles the average distortion level of which led BBC DJ John Peel to describe Disorder as sounding like "shit". In fact, unlike many contemporaries like Crass or Conflict, Disorder showed no ambitions in stylistic experimentation: their debut LP Under The Scalpel Blade is one blast after the other of pure rage, packaged in two-minute bursts of hyper-speed drumming, distorted guitars, and screaming vocals. Remastered audio and double-sided lyric insert. Color vinyl.

2022 repress. Reissue, originally released in 1982. "An unequivocal title gives way to an unrelenting sound! The Last Resort's debut album might have kicked off with a wall of noise lifted straight from Black Sabbath's 'War Pigs' ('Freedom'), but skill Skinhead Anthems does exactly what it says on the tin, ripping a dozen self-composed monsters out of the band's set list and nailing them to the studio with brutal disdain for any of the niceties. Certainly, the band's influences are loud on their sleeves -- Sham and the Cockney Rejects hang heavy over the proceedings. But Last Resort's refusal to lose their own instincts within the trappings of sociology and 'relevance' conquer all; 'Skinheads in Stapress,' 'Rebels with a Cause,' and 'Resort Boot Boys' speak to the very heart of the skinhead movement, and if it all sounds a little dated today, then that's your look-out." --AllMusic
