The Walthamstow-based independent label Sparrowhaw release a limited double-A sided 7'' featuring brand new material from veteran experimental DIY pop combo Magoo and their kindred spirits, London's Cowboy Flying Saucer. Magoo's "Sons And Daughters Of Disaster" is a short slice of warped space rock and their first release since celebrating their 25th anniversary last year. With "Heavily Sedated NOW!", Cowboy Flying Saucer grind out an angular, disorientating slab of corrupted motoric art punk; a reflection on the influence of the pharmaceutical industry and an opportunistic collaboration with London-based jazz and experimental saxophonist Dee Byrne (Entropi).
